Sacred Temple Restoration

$189 | Virtual | ~75-minutes

These powerful 1:1 sessions are designed to help fully stabilize your energy field and activate your body's innate ability to self-heal. Working with Ancient Egyptian energetic pathways both inside and outside the body, the Egyptian 13-chakra system, sacred geometry, frequency medicine, and energetically correlated psychology, you're able to gain clearer insight into what is going on with you and settle into more wellness.

During each session you are gently guided into a relaxed state using breathwork, frequency, and guided meditation to support receptivity and integration. While you're in this relaxed state, I assess your nano-subtle energetic template - the energetic framework enabling your human existence - and make gentle energetic adjustments as needed. You are then guided back to a fully awake state, where we reflect on what surfaced and discuss any insights. Homeplay is assigned to help incorporate practical, behavior-based tools and reflective practices to help you integrate the energetic work into daily life.

By supporting relaxation and internal coherence, meditative energy work can help the nervous system feel safer and more settled, which may support clearer perception, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of purpose and ease in the body.

Based on the Activator Healer-Coach model, full stabilization unfolds over multiple weekly sessions to support sustained clarity, balance, and wellness.
